Grass-Fed and Finished Beef Roasts
The majority of our roasts are deboned by our butcher. They are packaged individually and are most commonly 2 to 2.5 lbs each. Many of these can be special ordered in larger sizes or as bone-in roasts. Exceptions are noted below.
