Grass-Fed and Finished Ground Beef
We have our butcher prepare our ground meats to be about 90% lean. The amount of fat on each beef we harvest varies somewhat, so from time to time our ground beef may have less than 10% fat. The actual weight of each package of ground beef can vary from .9 to 1.15 lbs.
